5Meta + story + mythology = another sparkling Townsend novel!

By Tim Johnson

Like Townsend's initial book, "Radioactive Communist Zombies", "Hammer of Thor" is a quick paced anticipation novel, consistent meta, story and, this time, mythology. One of a things that we conclude about Townsend's novels is a deficiency of tainted denunciation or striking adult material. we can concede my kids to examination them. This novel had some vital tract twists that we didn't see entrance during all. A fun read, tough to put down. Highly recommended.

4Good Mix

By W. Bentrim

Hammer of Thor by S. Evan Townsend

This book is an engaging choice story of 1930's to 1950's leaved with sorcery users.

Joe Kader, not his genuine name as genuine names are disposed to misuse, is an adept. He has control over several powers and those powers are extended by talismans. He is conceited and careless about lesser, those who have no enchanting abilities. Adepts seem to be above paltry law and among themselves competence creates right. we enjoyed a approach Townsend grown a impression of Kader. He showed a course in a impression that was beguiling to read.

The book covers a lot of belligerent and each bit is enjoyable. The characters are engaging and don't pound of comic book origins. The brew of sorcery and record was good done. The intensity for a Jim Butcher form array is obvious.

A small some-more gloss and we consider Townsend will be a vital force in this form of book.

I suggest a book.
