I didn't caring many for Detective DelVecchio when JR Ward introduced him in Lover Unleashed. In fact, we wondered what a heck his side-story was even doing in that book, given it had small or no propinquity to anything else in a storyline. Obviously, a devise was expostulate Black Dagger Brotherhood fans to a Fallen Angel series...
That being said, in his possess novel, Veck creates for a flattering engaging lead. He is condemned by a bequest of his sequence torpedo father and a dark that he has always carried within himself. And as a book begins, he is assured that he is obliged for a conflict on another sequence torpedo named Kroner. Reilly is a Internal Affairs officer sent in to investigate. I'll start with stating... we am a outrageous fan of J.R. Ward. The initial dual books in this array have been so-so when compared with a BlackDagger Brotherhood books. This book....changed my mind. Envy stepped adult and is now competing neck and neck with BDB. What a smashing read. Ward unequivocally creates we "feel" like we are there, it was amazing. we adore that we get to see a dynamics between Eddie and Adrian along with Collin and Nigel. we won't supplement spoilers yet I'll say..if we are a fan of J.R. Ward, we will LOVE this book. If we were kind of lukewarm to Covet and Crave....don't give up. You will LOVE Envy.
